Community Involvement

Help form a community that can change the community!

Teaching children to make a difference in their community is just the first step to making our world a better place for all. Gandhi once said, “Be the change you want to see in the world,” and our students are doing just that! Here at DanceWorks we believe it is our responsibility to use our talents and resources to give back. Therefore, we put on a variety of events throughout the year that allow us to make a difference. These events can only be successful with the continued support and generosity of others. Be on the lookout for upcoming ways for you to give back through DanceWorks, such as our annual Easter Basket drive for needy children! Together DanceWorks teachers, dancers, and families form a community that can change the community!

★ We want to give a heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported us during our Thanksgiving Can Drive and Easter Basket Drive. Both events were huge successes! We fed over 50 families during the holiday season and collected over 100 Easter Baskets for less-fortunate children on Easter morning! These overwhelming accomplishments would not have been possible without the support of our dancers, their families, and the community. Be on the lookout for the next DanceWorks community service opportunity!
