Community Involvement

Help form a community that can change the community!

Teaching children to make a difference in their community is just the first step to making our world a better place for all. Gandhi once said, “Be the change you want to see in the world,” and our students are doing just that! Here at DanceWorks we believe it is our responsibility to use our talents and resources to give back. Therefore, we put on a variety of events throughout the year that allow us to make a difference. These events can only be successful with the continued support and generosity of others. Be on the lookout for upcoming ways for you to give back through DanceWorks, such as our annual Easter Basket drive for needy children! Together DanceWorks teachers, dancers, and families form a community that can change the community!

★ DanceWorks is having a Can Drive to help provide Thanksgiving dinners to needy families in the community! The dance class that donates the most canned goods will receive special recognition at the 2009 Holiday Extravaganza. Help us reach our goal of 250 cans by bringing in your donation no later than November 21st, 2009. For more information, please give us a call at (812) 981-8115.
